The projects are spread across eight districts and will add nearly 5,303 residential and commercial units to the state&#8217;s property market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Noida emerged as the biggest investment destination among the approved projects, reflecting continued demand for residential and commercial developments in the NCR region. The approvals are expected to accelerate construction activity, strengthen buyer confidence, and attract fresh investments into the state&#8217;s real estate market.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to UP RERA, the approved projects are located in Noida, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, and several other districts.
