India’s leading real estate developer, Lodha Developers, has reported an exceptional financial performance for the first quarter of FY2026-27, reflecting strong residential demand, robust project execution, and disciplined financial management.
The company posted a record consolidated net profit of ₹1,373 crore, more than double the ₹675 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Revenue from operations surged 43% year-on-year to ₹4,997 crore, driven by higher project deliveries and sustained demand across premium and mid-income housing segments.
A major highlight of the quarter was the company’s continued focus on strengthening its balance sheet. Lodha reduced its net debt by ₹446 crore, supported by healthy operating cash flows, reinforcing investor confidence in its long-term financial stability.

The company’s operational performance was equally impressive. EBITDA increased to ₹1,922 crore, while the EBITDA margin expanded to 38.5%, reflecting improved project mix, better cost efficiencies, and stronger profitability
Industry experts believe these results underline the resilience of India’s residential real estate market. Demand continues to remain strong, particularly in premium and branded housing projects, where reputed developers are gaining market share due to timely execution and customer trust.
With improving financial metrics, lower leverage, and consistent execution, Lodha Developers appears well positioned to sustain its growth momentum in the coming quarters.
