The National Capital Region (NCR) is moving closer to a major regional mobility upgrade, with the expansion of the Namo Bharat Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) set to strengthen connectivity between Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. The proposed expansion is expected to improve daily commuting, reduce travel time, and unlock new opportunities for real estate and economic development across the region.

The Delhi–Gurugram–SNB–Alwar RRTS corridor has gained momentum following coordination between the governments of Haryana and Rajasthan. The corridor is planned to begin at Sarai Kale Khan in Delhi and pass through Munirka, Aerocity, Gurugram, Bawal, Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror (SNB), Khairthal, before terminating at Alwar in Rajasthan.
