In a significant boost to Uttar Pradesh’s real estate sector, the Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved 15 new real estate projects with a combined estimated investment of ₹4,826 crore. The projects are spread across eight districts and will add nearly 5,303 residential and commercial units to the state’s property market.
Noida emerged as the biggest investment destination among the approved projects, reflecting continued demand for residential and commercial developments in the NCR region. The approvals are expected to accelerate construction activity, strengthen buyer confidence, and attract fresh investments into the state’s real estate market.
According to UP RERA, the approved projects are located in Noida, Lucknow, Ghaziabad, Varanasi, and several other districts. Lucknow secured the highest number of approved projects, while Noida accounted for the largest share of investment, highlighting the growing importance of these cities in Uttar Pradesh’s real estate landscape.

Industry experts believe these approvals will create new employment opportunities, improve urban infrastructure, and expand the availability of quality housing and commercial spaces. The move is also expected to encourage developers to launch new projects while ensuring greater regulatory compliance and transparency for homebuyers.

UP RERA’s approval process aims to promote responsible development, timely project execution, and enhanced consumer protection. As demand for homes and commercial properties continues to rise, the latest approvals are expected to contribute significantly to the state’s long-term urban growth and economic development.
